Okay, so after a lengthy discussion with my friend I think we understand this post a bit better now.

- He is saying that he is Canadian.
- He just got a TV (They're rare in Canada, you know)
- And he rides his polar bear because the cars in Canada are not safe.

Would anyone like to add to this?
