How do you disable the radio, hook, spending credits and jetpack?

Go to the addons\SourceOP\features directory. Open up the radio.txt, hook.txt, and jetpack.txt files. Replace the 1 with a 0 in all files. To disable buying, but leave the credits feature, you will have to set all the DF_price CVARs to a high number. See http://www.sourceop.com/wiki/Server_CVARs for a list of CVARs.

I fixed the !help error. It should work fine for you now (you don't have to do anything on your end). It was a side effect of when I changed the version string from 0.9 to 0.9.0.
