How do you link a word in signature?

Hi guys, wondering how you link a word in your signature so when you press it, it takes you to a link
e.g. "reputation" press it to go to reputation thread

what_you_want_it_to_say

replace "insert_link_here" with the actual link
replace "what_you_want_it_to_say" with Reputation or anything else.
