i'm not talking about you paying for gas, when the gas prices go up, all prices go up

zomgwtf advanced economics, i thought that everything moved according to the stock market (i know precious metals do...)

about those two other computers, though (the free ones) I just bought 2 upgraded Pentium 3's for them (identical computers: 1ghz->1.4ghz). One I am selling to a friend for 100-150$ (he has never had a computer in his household) and the other is going to my sister as a wedding present. I still need the following items for them though

might still need the processors (mass-ebay sellers are jumpy and ambiguous)

2x video cards, one is for general computer use and the other (my freind's) is going to try and get HL2 running on it. (says the minimum is 1.2ghz)

Ram, not checking that until i get a processor, though (it is a LOT easier to get the right ram once you know your processor, and i hear that in this time-frame some chip sets work better with some processors)

Hard drive, they came equipped with massive 20 gigs... which is about 2 hours on utorrent for me...

I have already made these upgrades to them:
-Upgraded cooling
-sound card for the gamer
-wifi for the sis
-both have giganics (and i still have 3 giganics in my inventory, not including the 2 in my computer.... I love giganics)
standardized interface (i re-wired some vandalized school equipment)
