Most of the hats (atleast the good ones) are sharked/paid a pittance. Like the burning cannonball on outpost just now. Seller claims his friend gave it to him. Seems legit.

Opened 100 crates the other weekend. Got a ghosts yellow belt on the 5th and should have stopped there. only the second unusual I've gotten in a total of over 350 crates (the first being N&B fed fedora).

I think the friend who he claimed gave it to him commented on the trade once...it might actually be legit.

Did 15-20 yesterday. Best I got was some dapper's and whoopees. Least they were craft hats. I'll hold onto the salmon until it gets valuable.
It is a shame when you think you'll unbox big and fall hard. Then weeks later you forget how bad it felt and try again.

My unboxes seem to be bitter sweet. I unboxed 2 unusuals in ~50 crates (both of them are high tier hats with low tier effects, but I ended up trading one). Whenever I *don't* unbox an unusual, it ends up being an extremely shitty strange (i.e Strange Chargin' Targe, Strange Scotsman's Skullcutter).

Well that's kind of the point, its luck, i would suggest trading those keys for buds and getting an unusual that way, the odds of getting an unusual is 1% as you know, the odds of getting one that is a high/god tier hat is around 0.07, and the chance of getting a good effect on that high/god tier hat is around 0.01.
People often say that even getting a nuts 'n' bolts effect is lucky, i dont think so, the amount of time and energy you have to spend on selling that thing is just too damn high.
