Lost Credits + Ranl

I had 26 credits and the rang beginner when i started.
then i was playing and had around 76 credits and the rank officer.
Then the server was down , i lost all my credits and my rank.
How to get my credits and rang back?
Please fiz this this is really annoying

yeah this alwys happens, i once got 200 creds in a single map and that happened, just keep playin and you can easly get those back
