    Tf2 servers

    I was wondering how to get the admin thing that gives you valve weapons ive seen it alot on many differnt servers and some of the valve stuff are valve rocket launcher and stuff wondering if they scripted it or downloaded it also looking for a site that has mods for tf2 plz help thanks
