Look, I know calling it a map flaw makes it sound better, but it isn't. You can debatably call it a map imbalance, but it's a window. It was purposefully made open by the designers. As a matter of fact, if it was open and it *didn't* allow objects through, *that's* a map flaw.

That's great you went around to ask if it's a punishable offense, but the fact it was up in the air and had to be discussed... And then straight to bannable? And that's NOT personal? I don't buy it. You said it yourself:

- your first ban
- meant it to be for 10 days
- was at least discussed if it's even an issue

I'm sure Ibby would agree with you at this point. He's seen me do it TONS and TONS of times (as a matter of fact, he's point blank asked my why I liked doing it, told him I was on the phone at that particular time and then he went about his business), but Ibby's a cool guy, and I'm sure supporting you would override his pure opinion on the thing. I've killed Skyrider dozens of times in that method and even taunted afterward without issue, but it's plausible he could take the same route as Ibby. But I doubt without your action, he would all of the sudden change his mind.

As I stated before, this isn't about a ban this particular time. This is about you obviously having a personal issue with me. Or if it makes you feel better, go from discussion to ban for 10 days because I'm a general douchebag among other things. If that sets you off (on instaspawn 2fort out of all servers), I honestly don't know what your limit is. You act as if "nothing else to be said or done," but your "he's a douchebag" feelings about me doesn't end there, and I'm sure you have the ingenuity to come up with some other plausible reason to ban me in the future.
