Is there ever going to be a L4D2 DAF version?

Hi.

For months, I've been looking for a working dos attack blocker on L4D2. While searching I found DAF here which was recommended to be the best one. The only problem is that there is no L4D1 & L4D2 version, which is kinda strange becuase the orange box and the l4d2 engine is so similar.

I've been trying the older tf2 versions and cs:s versions, but they don't load possibly due to non existing files or functions which differs from OB and the two l4d engines.

My question is: is there any interest to port this over for L4D2 linux?
I think it would be really appriceated considering how easy it is to attack a L4D2 server. I'd be really happy if you'd consider it and a lot of others would be aswell.
