colors & auto messages

I dont know if this is in the source op options, but is there a way to send auto messages in the chat?
And too, on some other source op servers, some admins had colors on their names, a kind of blue-green color. Is there a way to change my name into this color? Or some parts of it?

Part 2: Their was; don't know if it was ever fixed by valve; but don't bother because admins on sop ban you for it.

And what about the auto messages?

There is no way to specify automatic responses and the green names are because the admin is logged in remotely using the remote admin client to chat.
