There's hats, trading, the store and unbalanced content take your pick.

TF2 started that, you twit
It's funny because turtle rock didn't work on left 4 dead 2(unrelated but it explains the lack of quality). And left 4 dead 2 came a month before the war update which is where we got the equalizer(which was broken for I think a month?) and the direct hit. Later down the road we get the polycount pack which had several more broken items and oh boy bonus sets. After left 4 dead 2 launched the quality of content steadily decreased.

Hey, I like the direct hit.
Also, that video reminds me of how awesome my frag video was going to be :s
first, turtle rock has been "valve south" for agesOriginally Posted by Snarf
valve south worked on l4d2.
second, the equalizer is broken, but since it's a melee, it doesn't matter that much
what is that video supposed to prove? the guy is decent and everything he did can still be done today. If you think the DH is a straight upgrade then oh my god you're a complete idiot.
poly items are all downgrades except the milk/degreaser
l4d2 valve has absolutely nothing to do with tf2 valve
Turtle rock left valve south after left 4 dead they also didn't work on l4d2 they just made the dlc and I don't doubt that was heavily monitored, the eqaulizer isn't broken anymore, the dh is broken because you can 2 shot buffed soldiers and to make matters worse it's easier to airshot with than the real rocket launcher, poly items are all easy to use and the ones that aren't are garbage.

turtlerock IS valve south
getting killed by the dh is mostly your fault for being predictable
Let's MGE and i'll let you use the DH
And then you will lose because it's the direct hit and soldiers are free hits to anyone who is mid skill, also there IS no valve south there hasn't been one for a LONG time. Most of what was Turtle Rock got completely split up and I think there's like two of the old devs that actually work with valve still.
