Getting rid of mouse acceleration completely.

There are also links for fixes in XP and Vista.
This is amazing and I'm sad I didn't find this sooner. It takes a while to get used to, but it helps your aim a whole lot.
Even if you turn off mouse acceleration (by turning "Enhance Pointer Prescision" off), there is still some acceleration being performed.
