Moreover, in another case (probably not involving Eram), i had to sit in time out for just mistakenly posting a trading thread in the main TF2 forum.

I have gathered a nice amount of information now from various sources.
Rather than rushing into a report to VALVe like alot pleple do, I have been taking time to gather alot of information and evidence.
I plan on simply having Eram recieve a warning and VALVe being aware of his recent behaviour, as that should be enough to resolve the current issues people are having with Eram.

He pisses me off so much. How is anyone supposed to sell their items on SPUF if you aren't allowed to bump your threads? The forum moves so quickly, and you can only make 1 thread a day. No one will ever see what you are selling. It is absolutely ridiculous. I know he didn't make up the rule, but he is the only one that enforces that rule. Everyone bumps, in fact it is rare to find a thread that hasn't been bumped. When he does go on his locking spree, he doesn't even lock all of the threads that were bumped; he just picks and chooses the ones that he likes.
