If we made a sound pack for the server would anyone d/l it (ie. GameMusic)?

yes, but no if it's going to be set up like *somebody's* server because it
actually increases your half-life 2 CPU load as well as your ping
(I've done multiple tests to prove it myself)
You should make it so that players download music files BEFORE
they join the server and furthermore, add sound triggers that don't
interfere with half-life 2.

but it would be really cool to listen to music while jetpacking around

Well until radio is added it would just be for when an admin is on they would play music from the files.

wow that's a great idea! but I think there are more important
things to improve (ex. admin control panel that can
monitor multiple servers at once)

Players on the server wont be forced to download them, it will be optional. Which is why I was wondering if anyone would even use it.

I'll definitely download them and listen to them on the server if they are "good"

Well the ones i have are more like "gamemusic". They aren't like song songs. There is 1 from HL2 SinglePlayer, a couple southpark ones, James Bond theme and some others.
