Forum Bug: Image Doesn't show until refresh.

In topics like this:

You have to refresh for the photo to be displayed. I don't know why, but it's annoying.

Tested Under Google Chrome.

Well at a quick glance it looked like the page was loading google analytics before even bothering with the picture but now it looks like the problem is tinypic, not the forum. I had to refresh a few times to get the picture to load via the direct link http://i56.tinypic.com/2wr2jaf.png

Mine loaded instantly, Chrome Beta (Latest Night Build). People need to stop using Tinypic and start using websites like http://imgur.com/

Mk, I'll try other providers, I've just been using tinypic now for like 3 years (i wrote a quick shell script so I could just "tinypic spy.jpg" in terminal and then just answer the captchca, so convenience has been my #1 reason for using it. That and I've never been fond of all the ads on other providers.)

Thanks.

Notably, with the new imgur link, it still happens. Let's see if it happens here as well:

YEP. I have to refresh to see the photo in this post. Chrome 10.0.648.18 dev.

Edit: It would appear to be chrome specific, as it works fine under Firefox. SO I guess it's a browser bug and not a site bug.

The image you posted above loaded instantly for me in Chrome with the latest nightly beta build. However after the first time it is viewed it takes upwards of 10 - 15s for the image to load.

Hmm, perhaps you should go submit this as a bug for Chrome, win some of that moohlah! Tongue.
