They offered me $25 to go buy some super glue (seriously). I told them no way because it's not a clean break and then they offered to replace. Still waiting on that though.

You'd think that after charging so much they'd have better customer service :sOriginally Posted by Drunken_F00l
True, but they are selling these things in a limited run. I don't know how it works with "collectable statues", but in the world of printing, the artist doesn't make "backup prints" in case some are damaged in transit. In fact, they usually destroy the plates/blocks to ensure that the edition is truly limited. Would GamingHeads even have extra parts kicking around for a situation like this?Originally Posted by ibby
When a factory "makes" products they buy/order the supplies/components in bulk quantities, generally +1k units. So yes, in most cases they will have extra parts due to Q/C issues, specification tolerances, defects and of course shipping damage.
I don't want to make a new topic so you can read my story here:

UPDATES... WE DEMAND UPDATES.
None really. In the middle of March, they said they will make a new one, "but it will take about 2-3 months to make."
2-3 months to make, they better be crafting it by hand.
I was a commando you know.
