DAF version displaying as 3 not 4

Hi, I swear I searched for an answer to my issue.

I downloaded the following from here

DoS Attack Fixer for CSS v4
Description: DAF version 4 for Counter-Strike Source. Includes Linux and Windows binaries. Will work with all Orangebox engine games if you change

In consol and HLSW its being reported as version 3 not 4. As follows
"Version 3 of SourceOP.com DoS Attack Fix Plugin"

Is there a reason for this, or is the speed that I am loosing Brain cells that I cant see the obvious.

I believe v3 is the same v4. If I remember right, v4 was only released because of an update to the orangebox engine that broke v3. I may not have bumped the version displayed when doing this.
