rescinded, you have no paid games on your account, we do look at other factors besides steam level, you will need to add some paid content to your account.

- We also disallow users from trading on SOP with new steam account creation dates, low steam levels, and other profile indicators that MAY suggest a user is using an alternate steam account. The exact criteria is not public to prevent abuse.
