Good evening. As of 12 hours ago I am unable to view the trading section of the forum. Two notification messages have appeared.
Steam Linking Required for rep / trade sections

To which I am already linked with steam and have been for some time.

Low Steam Level Notification
Similarly I have been above this steam level for some time.

I understand there was maintanence on sourceop forums which occured yesterday and therefore that may be the cause of the inability to view the trading section of the forum, however since no public notification has been given regarding problems I can only surmise I need to now post here in the support section to have the low level restriction lifted as specified in the message.
