Well, you're probably out of luck. As far as I know, the only two guys that really knew what they were doing when it came to SourceOP (Drunken Fool and Jill) have both abandoned it. DF slowly stopped supporting it when he was hired at Valve, and passed the server maintenance and some other responsibilities off to Jill, who was one of the few to run popular SourceOP based servers as well. Jill is also employed by Valve now, and I'm sure has also abandoned SOP. If something gets MASSIVELY broken and the servers stop working, one of them usually fixes it with some digital duct-tape. But, when it comes to new stuff, I seriously doubt either of them want to touch it anymore, especially for a small mod. Of course, I could be wrong on what they're willing to do still. But I doubt it. edit: skyrider why can't I break my posts into separate lines.
The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.

I think you can no longer be called Black Mesa Mod small.

I could imagine the Black Mesa, Half Life 2 Deathmatch detaches.

It would be wonderful if some are command-line changed and added.

If the two have some time.

    Thanks in Advance
