net amount vs gross amount. rep rejected.

I dont know where to post this. Support forum seemed good since, as i think this might be why my reps keep getting rejected.

The Rep threads tell us to put the net amount, fees, and the amount sent. i keep doing this and its getting rejected.

My latest buyer pointed out the quote below. its using "net" as "gross".

"Amount received/sent, Fee amount, Net amount (e.g. Amount sent: -$150,00 USD, Fee amount: -$1,50 USD, Net amount: -$151,50 USD)"

In the above example, $151.50 should be "Gross Amount" not "Net amount". Net amount is everything that is available after all fees/ taxes are paid. It should technically look like the following:

    Gross Amount (or "Amount Sent"):
    $151.50 USD
    Fee Amount:
    $1.50 USD
    Net Amount:
    $150.00 USD

Is this the reason im getting rejected rep threads?

We want people to copy and paste the details from the PayPal payment details page and that is exactly how PayPal displays them:

Keep in mind that PayPal uses negative numbers to display the amount of money you sent and since Net amount is calculated by subtracting expenses from Gross amount, Net amount will have a bigger number after the minus and therefore the value of it will be lower.

I have no idea what exactly you are referring to, therefore I cannot give you an accurate answer.

Based on my experience with PayPal, that is how PayPal usually displays those details:

    Money received:
    Amount received: a positive number
Fee amount: If you did not pay the fees, it is $0,00 USD. If you paid the fees, it is a negative number.
Net amount: a positive number (Amount received - | Fee amount |)*

There is a theoretical possibility that Net amount while receiving money can be a negative number but that would be possible only if | Fee amount | was a bigger number than Amount received and I do not know if PayPal allows such transactions.

    Money sent:
    Amount sent: a negative number
Fee amount: If you did not pay the fees, it is $0,00 USD. If you paid the fees, it is a negative number.
Net amount: a negative number (Amount sent - | Fee amount |)*

    * | x | is an absolute value of x
