    I had poutine in Canada, I think I was in Quebec City. Maybe it was just a shitty restaurant, I'll have to try it again sometime, if it's as good as you guys say it is

    There are many different types and sometimes it's served in a bowl, other times on a plate. How it's served and prepared, and what type it is can have a big impact on your opinion of it. It's worth giving it another shot. IMO, the sauce makes all the difference.

    My favorite is Italian. I'm not a fan of any type which uses gravy sauce (like "Disco Fries" often served in NY and NJ. *yuck*
