I used to work for DSNY (Department of Sanitation) many years ago in the computer department. I created the automated ticketing systems so officers can write tickets from hand-held computers. I really sent a copy to the commissioner of the entire state. He will explode when he looks at it.

I live in the Springs, a few hills up from that neighborhood. On my way home from work that day I ended up passing about 5 separate accidents. People here are retarded when it snows, as if it doesn't happen every fucking winter.

But hey, at least we're famous for something other than our ridiculous number of churches for once. It's a nice change of pace.
