Accepting the Rules endless loop

Whenever I try to reply or start a thread in the tf2 trading section, it redirects me to a page to tells me to accept the rules. When I accept the rules, it redirects me to the same page.

I do not know why this is happening, I was using the forums fine 12 hours ago. Thanks for the help.

I think it's related to a little bump we've had in the rules and we were forced to find the cause / and re-create the rule set. Is this still happening to you?
