After a team gets rolled, most of the time you can hear them complain about having five snipers and no medics. People call stack too often, thinking a team of snipers should really have a chance. This isn't always the case, however. Sometimes one team is just much better. People will definitely abuse a vote, so it should be left in the hands of a few people or made automatic. Like if one team is so many wins ahead, it will automatically scramble the teams.

Playing with a couple people that you like or are used to playing with is one thing.But when you see assholes actually leave and comeback just so they can join the obviously superior team is a sad fucking joke It's usually people who are statwhores and care more about their fucking kd / score.Its called Teamfortress for a reason ffs

DF is going to program a command to initiate a vote to scramble teams!

He made me this requirements document.

I can deal with stacking too but people that get auto-balanced rejoining does piss me off. When auto-balance shifts me I get my one obligatory complaint out of the way then suck it up and try to help the team do better. I've had many games where my shifting didn't help shit (maybe hurt if I give up and play a class I blow with to try and practice?) but a few gems of games where my shift either helped (or was aligned with a temperament change on the team) resulting in either the team doing substantially better.

I'd propose anyone that leaves immediately after auto-balance shifting them (or team scramble if it's implemented) gets a temp ban from server just like having been vote-kicked.
