I use photoshop all the time and it looks to me like a four to seven on the effort scale (scale of 11 to 12, numbers arranged as they are on the face of a clock)

less if he has a digitizer, because then it is getting into actual artistic talent and not just "spend 20314 hours per picture and look like one swell guy"

I don't even understand what you're talking about there OZA. I don't even get the scale thing

. Most pictures take me an hour to three hours to do depending on what I want to do.
