Idea to increase donations

Hello all, first time posting on the forums here, though I've been playing on the 2fort server pretty regularly for about a year now.

I have an idea that might help bring in donations to keep the servers alive. Some of you may have noticed recently that when you're logging into the server, there will be a list shown for top duel rankings for the season. My idea is to show a list of the top supporters for the month, and for the year. The way I see it, gamers are competitive in pretty much any aspect, and I think that a few select people will fight for the top spot.

Does this sound like a good idea to anyone else?
