Honey Mustard Pork Chops with Mixed Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 1-inch thick rib chops, frenched if you wanna be fancy.
1/2 cup of your favorite mustard. (I wouldn't suggest grainy mustards though, the seeds tend to burn if you're not careful)
1/2 cup of your favorite variety of honey.
1/4 cup of your favorite vinegar.
Thyme
Rosemary
2 TSP Onion powder
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Smoked Paprika

Preheat your grill to around medium (300-350 depending on the weather)
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and beat the hell out of it with a wisk.
You don't want a very thick sauce so you can always add a tablespoon of water OR even better, Worcestershire Sauce.
Lightly salt your chops and place them on the grill.
Flip once after about 2 minutes and LIGHTLY baste the first side with your sauce.
Flip again after about 2 minutes and baste the other side. Turn your grill all the way down, all you are trying to accomplish now is turning the sugar in the honey to a beautiful crisp "crust" on the outside of the chops.
Flip and baste the chops every thirty seconds or so until each side is fukkin' delicious. Remove from the heat and let stand for about 2 minutes.

Grilled Vegetables. This is the most simple and best veggies you'll ever have.

1 Squash
1 Zucchini
2 Bell Peppers of differing colors
1 Large Onion
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons of sesame oil. (go easy, this stuff is potent)
Salt and Pepper
FRESH rosemary

Chop all your veggies into grillable pieces. Look at your grill, it'll determine the size/shape you need. (The onion I would suggest half inch rings though)
Mix your dressing in a large ziploc bag, toss your veggies in and shake to coat.
Toss on the grill on medium heat until they start to char around the edges.
