A yummy shake:

A couple scoops of Sweet Cream or Vanilla Bean ice cream
3-4 Newman O's (organic oreos)
Caramel sauce (to taste)
1+ shot of Kahlua
1+ shot of St. Brendan's Irish Cream
(if too thick add some milk)
