Help with creating my first rep thread.

Hello. I have accepting all of the terms and conditions and have asked friends for help, but am still very troubled. I have gone around the whole website, and could not find anything to fix the problem, so I am turning to you guys! I am trying to create my own rep thread, but for some reason, I have no posting permissions on the rep threads, and it does not allow me to create my own thread. Please help ASAP. Thanks!
