You can also still taunt kill while cloaked with the regular cloak by spamming it on and off before taunting.

It's not really old, what he's showing is that the patch fixed taunting while invis, but you can still taunt while spamming invis to get it to work or start taunt with dead ringer and have it complete while youre protected by the ringer.
