Console Commands on the Orange Box PS3

Yes, it appears to be fully possible, as long as we crack a small file. It seems as if there is a CFG for Team Fortress 2, which has keys bound and settings enabled like closed captioning, and stuff like that. If we could edit this, we could use voice commands, change sensitivity, and even lower graphics settings to improve framerate(which is what I want to accomplish so bad). Now, I know there are some smart people around here, and definitely one that could help me.
Here is the download of the save file:
    http://www.savefile.com/files/1870314

Anyone can also get this file freely and easily from their console.
    What the CFG Contains:
    unbindall
    bind "A_BUTTON" "+jump"
    bind "B_BUTTON" "+reload"
    bind "X_BUTTON" "taunt"
    bind "Y_BUTTON" "+voicerecord"
    bind "L_SHOULDER" "invprev"
    bind "R_SHOULDER" "invnext"
    bind "BACK" "togglescores"
    bind "STICK1" "+DUCK"
    bind "STICK2" "voicemenu 0 0"
    bind "UP" "slot1"
    bind "RIGHT" "slot2"
    bind "DOWN" "slot3"
    bind "LEFT" "slot4"
    bind "S1_UP" "xmove"
    bind "L_TRIGGER" "+attack2"
    bind "R_TRIGGER" "+attack"
    bind "S2_UP" "xlook"
    tf_viewedmapmovies "0"
    joy_pitchsensitivity "-1.0"
    joy_yawsensitivity "-1.0"
    joy_inverty "0"
    joy_inverty_default "0"
    joy_movement_stick_default "0"
    joy_movement_stick "0"
    cl_rumblescale "1.0"
    hud_fastswitch "2"
    cc_subtitles "0"
    commentary "0"
    volume "1.0"
    snd_musicvolume "1.0"
    voip_HeadsetVolume "12.0"
    voip_MicAGCLevel "13240.0"
    voip_MicBackroundLevel "3.0"
    voip_MicReverbMS "240.0"
    r_gamma "0.5"
    closecaption "1"
    skill "1"
    sv_unlockedchapters "99"
    lastquicksaveslotused "1"
The "A_BUTTON" and stuff is just where Valve were too lazy to change the names. You could add mat_picmip -10 to the cfg to make maximum texture quality, etc. but there is a 16 byte file preventing us from editing the cfg. It has the extension of CHK, so it's probably a checkfile, to make sure that the cfg hasn't been edited. If you edit the CHK or the CFG the game will throw a "corrupt save" error. When you change a setting in game, the CHK and the CFG change. If anyone could please look at this, I would be very happy. I want to be able to tell my friends there is a spy, or just mess around and use buddha.

Do these files work if you move them from one PS3 to another?

Yes. The gamesave is not locked to a console. No saves are, but a few games won't accept saves from a different console. Very few games are like this, the OB is not one of them.

So can you modify one of the game settings and send that file. Basically, I need the same file with one thing changed in it so that I can compare the CHK file. It's probably not going to get us anywhere though.
