Most of you already know that TF2 item farmimg is somewhat forbidden by Steam's EULA but many people do it. fewer of you may know that when you could get coal and craft something with it some people got banned. Also there are some recent incidents about banning steam accounts but I can't remember them.

What do you guys know about SteamCard farming ? From what I see like TF2 you have to have the payed / premium games in order to drop SteamCards... but can you farm them ?
