I cant post threads anywhere but here

I just found this website and I hoped to do more trading. However whenever I go to a thread to make a reputation or a buy/selling thread it says I'm not allowed to post a thread. I connected my account to steam and I don't know what else to do. I have checked many FAQ pages here and stil nothing Please help!
