SOurceOP plugin not working (string table blocker)

hello, for the longest time my TF2 server has been fine. but recently its been getting the host_error crashes. so after some looking i came across the string table blocker. so i got sourceOP and tried it. it wont seem to want to work for me.

I've been having a string table crash in my server since the MvM update last year, happens when a player joins but random, can be 15th player or 3rd, any random number. It would be great if the string table plugin is updated or the feature is added to SourceOP.
