As the title intales im new to these forums and hope to stay for a while. Couple of questions though. Im not new to trading but i am new to the paypal and steam trade( Want to start key buying). As a newbie can anybody offer any advice to how to get rep? Or how to engage in paypal trades, like is there a middleman or something?
