I know I haven't been playing on Valvemaps1 for 5.5 years (just coming up on 5), but I'm fairly certain railing at an admin, to that admin, is not the best way to make your frustrations heard. Just sayin'. (While posting on the forums is a good idea, doing it like you've done devolves into this: http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/3...tectural-flaws )
(Well not really, that's actually a better example of how to handle a disagreement with an admin, it's just my favorite thread and everyone seems like they need a laugh)
And I know you're loyal to the server (because Valvemaps1 is still the best TF2 server out there), so are many others - including the admin team. Though just because there's not some stupid to-do list with bulleted items out there doesn't mean they (including Womb) aren't working on things to make Valve1, Prophunt, and all the other servers better and the community as a whole stronger.
