Help, I lost my unusual to a scammer / hacker

Hello, I lost a High tier unusual to a 'famous' scammer. He is called Quasi, he hijacked Rooster's Account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198044753750. He had offered a large amount of money for this hat. [$1000] The hat was an Unusual Anger with It's a Secret to Everybody Effect. It is priced from around 33 buds to 36. This hijacker had sold it to one of his buyers, his profile is http://steamcommunity.com/id/LeggeTronda/. (I had talked to him after I found out this information) He then told me the one that he sold the hat to http://steamcommunity.com/id/iAmTheStarOne, I talked to this person, he called Paypal and explained what happened because he had payed a large amount of money for my hat, from this buyer. So, he agreed to give me the hat back on 11/12 at noon Eastern Standard Time. He has been away all day and had not traded me. Please, anyone that is willing to help me, please help. I have lost this unusual so if anyone can help me please respond, I can take any help that I am offered. If you want additional information, please add me and I will answer any question that you have.
