I do agree 11 is far too young to even be a moderator or a donator. I managed to get admin on a server when I was 13, but got it removed almost straight away, because I was acting immaturely. In short, I don't think anyone under 16 should have admin. (I am 16 now, and admin of a Gmod server, and co-owner of a tf2 server, as in I joined up with the leader, donated to help him run it, and now I am co owner.)
