    BAD DEAL /=/ SCAMMING

OFFERING A BAD DEAL /=/ SCAMMING

GETTING A BAD DEAL ACCEPTED /=/ SCAMMING

OFFERING A NORMAL PRICE FOR SOMEBODY WHO WANTS THEIR B/O ONLY /=/ SCAMMING

I CAN NOT GO INTO WALMART AFTER BUYING THEIR SHITTY HARDWARE AND SAY, "HEY YOU SCAMMED ME. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!".

STEALING ITEMS WHILE MIDDLEMANNING, OR SPYCRABBING = SCAMMING

I CAN GO TO WALMART AFTER BUYING A BROKEN PRODUCT AND SAY "HEY YOU SCAMMED ME. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!".

    Also,
To all you stupid desperate "need-a-profit-but-always-mad" traders,

STOP THREATENING TO REPORT AFTER BEING OFFERED AN OFFER YOU DON'T LIKE.

    /thankyou

Yes, you can. Maybe not while yelling at them. But you can.
I believe what you're trying to say isn't scamming is sharking. Which is scamming.

So you're saying that I can come back to WalMart after buying their bread, which is twice as expensive as Costco & a grocery store's bread, and then say "You sharked me with your prices I didn't know that. You scammed me now I demand a refund or I will sue you."

People act stupid. If you want to prove this people who call you a scammer because you offered a low price, or any other such nonsense, wrong, just direct them to the steamrep definition of a scammer found here: http://forums.steamrep.com/pages/faq/

A scammer is anyone that uses deception, thievery, lies, or anything that is underhanded to take advantage of or steal from another trader.
EDIT: However, you should be aware that what you said right there could be taken wrongly as a justification of sharking. Make sure to not distort the line between ignorance, and knowledge when trading, because such a line separates a good deal and a shark.

I'm not saying it is just to shark. I'm just saying it's unjust to report and call "SCAMMER" when a bad deal occurs.

Also, I edit myself and you can scam by sharking. That would be by giving false info such as "THIS HAT IS 1 of 3" while its actually 1 of 10

No, but you can not act like a douche and go "Hey, I want to return this as per your return policy."
    It's also a stupid metaphor.
Sharking is scamming (and I know I'm one of only a handful out there to demand it be called that). Full stop, all cases. It's all about intent. You offer a fetti coupe on a burning TC, they take it, you're a shark if you knew the actual hat values, not if you're a trading noob and just thought their cool would be a good trade for your cool hat.
tl;dr - Stop whining and stop getting mad when people get annoyed with your lowballs and shark attempts even if they aren't lowballs or shark attempts.

sharking is the best thing to happen to trading

it separates the full retards from the regular retards
The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.

You may not be sharking, but if all you do is lowball people then you won't be looked at in a much better light.
