Not very original. Just your run of the mill troll. Move along, folks.
Quicksells arent really bad, its just the way people handle it.
The problem is, People want quicksells (50+% off) and then they sell it for 120% of the hats actual value. And the thing that pisses me off most of all are the people who are buying quicksells for 50% off and refuse to take a duped hat....like dupes actually matter. very very VERY few people actually give a shit anymore.
I wont lie, when ever i have promos i take quicksell offers, but to a different extent, i only ask for 30% off and i usually sell it for 15-20% more than what i paid, allowing the other person to also make some profit.
In Conclusion: FUCK QUICKSELL BUYERS (except me of course xD), O, and stop bitching about dupes
How generous of you.Originally Posted by djdwosk97

In all reality your probably getting it for as cheap as you can and selling it for as much as you can...like any other buy/sell transaction in the history of man. At least by disclosing 50%/30%/15% below value, you are being honest and not preying on the ignorant (which is also normal in any buy/sell transactions throughout history)...but since TF2 is not the real world, you have these weird coalitions banding together to control/dictate how business should be done...lol.Originally Posted by djdwosk97

Note: I have not nor ever will be involved in TF2 trading...I just find the culture to be a strange and amusing form of entertainment.
Note 2: Since I work for a bank, I could be biased against the 'goodwill' systems many of you are trying to strongarm into place...
well an interesting thing about the tf2 economy is, that a lot of people get pissed off when you shark (which i completely understand, since your taking advantage of an ignorant person), but think about real life.
In real life if u saw someone selling a 100,000$ car for 10,000$ and you knew for a fact it was completely legit, and not stolen, and the owner clearly didnt know the value--ur telling me that 90% of people wouldnt just pay the 10k and run? Sharking happens all time in real life, yet when it occurs in tf2 its considered almost like scamming.
