This guy is the scum of them all. He's still cocky about his trade even if he no one will ever sell to him. I just hate ppl like this.

I had a joke trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3744957) that he reported and sent me a message somewhere along the lines of, "Enjoy being banned." (I wasn't, but I suspect that he's close with the admin. who closed it because that guy has similar trades.) Haha to him. I also hate him because he hijacked (as in added the person who I was bidding to with an "I'll buy it right now immediately!! Trade me now before anyone else bids more!!" message) a trade that I was after (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3729395) and immediately started expecting huge profit (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3759188).

To summarise, this guy is just a scumbag who believes that because he can add kids on Steam and pressure them into trading him on the spot, he is therefore entitled to about a pair of Earbuds for free. Yes, I hate him for personal reasons too, but he is just like all of the useless quick-sell buyers.

Rule 9: No trades that aren't trades — this includes any form of donations, asking for crates to unbox, building up one weapon to an unusual, etc.

There was specific mention given one week by Suttles towards creating "joke trades", so one would assume your trade was closed for this reason alone. In fact its quoted in the "reason for closing trade" note by the admin.

i wish they made afilter on the trade sites so you can just filter out the word quicksale. We should start a new website and label people quicksellers instead of scammers. seems like sharking just called something else. It wouldnt be so bad except you cant find anything in search because 98% are quicksellers.

if i owned tf2outpost I would make people that are quicksale buying to label them selves adn their trades as such and make them list in a seperate catagory so regular people dont have to look at that shit.

hey, quick question, have you ever visited bazaar.tf? It is pretty close to the ideal trade site you are describing, seeing as quick buying threads have been banned from the site, and you can filter out trades by what words are in the description. Right now, it just needs a bigger user base, and it will be what you are looking for.

I know that it upsets people. That's why I did it. Here I'm just pointing out that the one who happened to close it most likely took particular offense from it. There are crap loads of false trades, many along the lines of, "Love this item! Therefore I won't sell it! However if you give me three times its value then I will!" These ones are never deleted for being fake trades. I'm just saying.
