I was looking at the stats page and noticed the cheaters list. Just curious, but why are those players not banned like the ones found here?

the first list are people who are banned from earning hlstatsx because they were caught trying to abuse the system, not necessarily hacking, but doing things like force logging off right when they are about to die

the second list are people who are banned from playing on the server at all, usually due to hax//exploits but can be other things like not following rules or being a sonofabitch

What Zeitgeist said is right. They still get/lose points but they are unranked on SourceOP's HLStatsX.

about to die? Are you kidding me, i usually do it cause i get stuck in spec, or am lagging out, looked at my stats recently, i went from 200k to about 180. So if im reconnecting based on deaths you my friend are retarded
