Upgrading RAM is the simplest thing to do, and I wouldn't recommend you do it when buying it as they will make you pay through the damn teeth for it. All you have to do is buy the right card and slot it in, its that simple, and don't get them to fit it in a shop either, its another way to spend money for nothing. Take a few minutes out to check you have the right component, order it from EBay for example and take the back off you lappy and slot it in. Elementary my dear Watson!
No problem for the help, I'm not exactly an expert but just passing on some shit i researched when buying and speccing mine
im really cautious about screwing a new laptop up though haha
and about the ivy, it will probably be expensive haha
