    Broken spray. help?

I made this spray, and it works fine, but everytime I close TF2 and re-open it I have to reset the spray or it won't work. I even get the spray sound, but alas, no boognish.

Here is the file. Any ideas?

Upload it as a VTF? Because I'm fairly adept in basic graphics editing and am convinced that's it's not a problem with the image. I've made plenty of sprays before. I thought maybe someone would just test it out themselves and report back whether or not it was working for them. I just wanted to make it easier to do that.

Upload using shitty site? Photobucket was down or something, and I didn't feel like waiting around.

Don't treat me like an idiot just because I have only 4 posts.

Here it is... Like I said, I don't think it was a problem with the image. Anyway, the yellow is obviously ready for transparency. Thanks for helping out.

Not at all man. Thanks for the help. I'll let you know if it works. Just for the record, how exactly did you do it?

I use GIMP and VTFEdit. I would just set the alpha channel as that yellow color, save as .tga and then import with VTFEdit. Always seemed to work before...

I use photoshop, save it as a .png, import it into VTF edit and save it as a .vtf and .vtm. I just use the transparencies on the .png itself so There is no reason to be messing with the alpha channels, as VTFedit configures those for you.

I tested that out and it worked fine.

It sounds like it's more of a problem of how you installed the spray rather than converted it. Open your config.cfg in wordpad and check the cl_logofile line.

That is what I figured. What should that line say? I'd post mine, but I'm not home and thus not at my computer. Thanks.
