I think I may need to stop trading on the forums and stuff for a little while because I am just so god damn tired of people offering with NO regard to what you write in the notes. You can even put a picture of an unusual modest and say only peace in the notes and sure enough some dumbass offers a planets noir to you. And its never a good price or something you were looking for. Same shit with those random invites to trade.

I mean, ok, I try to understand that not everyone is from the US or that some of the people are kids. But somewhere between posting your offer and getting added by someone selling their nv big chief to you for 2 refined (that you weren't looking for) you just lose it. Really though, on the posts if you're gonna neglect to read or are unable to read the notes, don't bother fucken offering.

Lastly, if I say I'm paying 5 refined for 2 keys, dont fucken add me, saying I can do 2.55. No, I am not here to reinforce your highballing ass. Theres just too many damn keys floating around for me to add the damn scrap. You dont have any leverage. I'd rather delete a refined metal. SO damn tired of people thinking that they are the only one with something and quoting the higher price. (time for the trolls to come in and say oh i got community sparkle item) Anyways...

the lack of the ability to read descriptions in the tf2 trade community is certainly annoying as hell.
And as sorry as i am to say that, this not limited to russians only, in fact i had less problems with russians in the last month, then with any other nationality,
doesn't make it more annoying.

dude ever since day 1 ive been trading its like that, u add someone for an item, he asks 8 buds, u offer 8 he wants 9, u try to buy a mutton chops for 4.66 that he asked now he wents 6 because theyre *sentimental mutton chops* welcome to tf2, and yea people confuse actual value with sentimental value, and always try to hustle you out of ur metal or keys or buds, its like the real world, get a fucking sword and a shield and harden yourself or else the world gonna fuck you from behind,

Alright, that is pretty fucked up right there. But you have to remember, the vast majority of the TF2 trading community is poor and irish. Unique items mean a lot to them, almost as much as unusuals do to those who have them.
