On topic, I don't feel a possible trade reversal would be a good idea, it would be very quickly taken advantage of, safety precautions aside. Valve may not have the best customer service, but hey its the internet, and governing the trading community will never be a cut and dry situation. Prevention is better than cure, so awareness would be a much better area to focus on in my opinion. There is already a system in place for reimbursing hacked accounts - with obvious drawbacks, but unfortunately nothing for sharking as of yet bar raising awareness. It is inadequate at best, but meh.
