Hi mates, I need help :/

I banned a player in my TF2 servers and he said if I would not unban him, he will lag my server. And it's true, he is using some bugs/exploits to lag the server. I the console appears that message:

Invalid split packet length 9

This message, is flooded kind of 14.000 times each second. So, thats why the server get lag. I'm wondering how he can lag my server with exploits if I use DAF and some secure plugins... Maybe is a new kind of exploit?

Just to make sure, those attacks is not by bandwitch (zombie machines, botnet, etc). I have 2 servers in same machine, he is able to lag 1 server per time. While the server is lagging like hell, I can navegate through the FTP normally, so is not lag by bandwitch. I'm sure is exploits.

Sourceop can use my servers to test new versions of DAF to block those exploits. I just beg for help, my server was number #01 in Gametracker and it's not anymore. That guy is damaging my community :/

I will be very greatful with any help. I'm asking for help in Steam Forums and AlliedMods forums. You guys can check what they are suggesting
