I buy all of my software and hardware at Pricewatch.

Here is the link for the software side of things:

Do they just send the key code or they have to ship the product? Because I live in Australia so yeah...

Pricewatch is a collection of e-tailers where you can go and compare the prices of the items you are looking for and find the best price.

So you want Windows 7, you click on that link and it pops up a collection of e-tailers who are selling that product.

Each of the e-tailers offer different products. For example 1 might sell a Dell branded copy of Windows 7 on DVD, 1 might sell the retail version DVD and some sell just the keys.

Dig around and you will see what I'm talking about - Hope this helps.

p.s. I remember that there is a similar type of site based out of Australia because I was trying to buy some parts from them. Sadly, I can't remember the name but a skilled Googler could track it down.

enroll in a leisure class at a university and get access to their software downloads and get it for free/use your new college e-mail address to get the student discount (30 bucks for a full copy)
The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.

Money saving tips from the BCI, who would have thunk it.
(though technically the license, if I remember right, "expires" when you stop being a student and you're "supposed" to upgrade to the full version)

Not sure on agreements outside of this but where I get my stuff and their policy:

What happens if I leave the Technical College or University?
If you leave the Technical College or University for any reason during the term of the applicable licensing agreement, the licenses for the software that you have acquired will transfer to you. For Microsoft products, you should make sure that you print a copy of the License Confirmation Document, located at the "License Agreement" section of this web site, so that you will have proof of original license. This will be important if you want to upgrade your products in the future.
I'm assuming its probably the same elsewhere. I use to be in real estate and still renew my license thru a course every 2 years.
