As i have stated in previous posts i wonder if there is a way to instead of making better players be worth more players , why not someting like this.
People in the top 50 worth 2 players for evening stats;
Team blue has 4 people on it that are in the top 50 while red has only one, so instead of dealing with the team balance which i could see getting tricky like blue maxes out at 13 and red maxes out at 19. maybe we could effect the respawn times instead something like this. using previous criteria;
for every person in the top 50 on a team you add 5 sec to the team respawn or remove 5 secs from opposing team's respawn. so with the stated criteria the one red and blue top 50 cancel each other out so what you are left with is plus 15 secs to blue respawn OR minus 15 secs from red respawn.
Keep in mind that these numbers are just preliminary and could very well drop to 2 secs or go up. To maximize effectivness and fairness it would have to be tweaked some by actual game play and require feed back from all regulars. This is a way to try and balance out the teams and still allow the regular folks who like to shoot/talk/hang together do so with out the fish in a barrel setups that have become the norm as of late.
Of course the common factor for either idea is using the stats page on sourceop as the guide.
just a thought

3 rules to live by;
1)Question everything.
2)Believe nothing.
3)For the truth follow the money.
